If a shade isn't quite right or a formula doesn't meet your expectations, we provide free return shipping to ensure you find your perfect match.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging if possible, seal the box securely, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
